Important Things to Consider Before Bringing Your Item in for Repair!

We want to be transparent about what to expect when bringing your Electric Ride in for repair. While we strive to diagnose and fix your scooter effectively, there are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Not all problems can be solved with one repair: Sometimes, your electric scooter / electric bike / electric unicycle / electric mobility scooter may have additional underlying issues that we might not be able to identify during the initial inspection. This could be due to pre-existing damage, limitations in diagnosing certain problems, or difficulties finding specific parts. This means that even after fixing one problem, your electric ride might still experience other issues.

2. New problems might appear after the repair: Just like any mechanical device, your electric ride is prone to wear and tear on various components. These components might malfunction or show signs of wear independently of the initial repair. This means that new problems could arise after we’ve fixed the original issue.

3. We cannot guarantee a perfect outcome: Due to the factors mentioned above, we cannot guarantee that your item will function flawlessly after the repair or that all existing issues will be resolved. We are not responsible for any claims arising from the item’s continued malfunction or the emergence of new problems after the repair service is completed.

4. We recommend considering these points before proceeding with the service: By understanding these limitations, you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the repair. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have to ensure you feel comfortable with the service and its potential outcomes.

eRIDEJUNCTION Repair & Service Centre Terms and Conditions

Drop-off and Estimates:

Scheduled Drop-off: Please schedule a drop-off time in advance to ensure our technicians are available. (Advance Booking Only)
Inspection and Diagnosis: We’ll provide a detailed estimate within 48 hours after a initial inspection.
Estimate Approval: Your approval is required to begin repairs.

Repair Delays and Storage:

Parts Availability: If parts are unavailable or delivery takes longer than 7 days, you can choose to collect your item and store it yourself, or pay a storage fee of £5 per day.
Item Collection: Please collect your repaired item within 48 hours of notification. Delays may incur a £5 per day storage fee, unless agreed upon beforehand.

Unapproved Estimates and Collection:

Declining Estimate: If you decline the estimate, your item must be collected within 24 hours (unless agreed otherwise). Delays may incur a £5 per day storage fee.
Uncollected Item: Item uncollected after 14 days of a “ready to collect” notification will be disposed of without compensation.

Immobilizing Devices:

Proof of Ownership: Replacement of key ignitions, fingerprint scanners, alarms, or immobilizers requires proof of purchase or ownership.
