Our eRIDEJUNCTION Repair Service Centre specialises in repairing and maintaining electric scooters, electric bikes, pit bikes, and hoverboards, we call it eRIDES. We provide a wide range of services, including inspection and diagnosis a fault, flat tyre repair, supply and fit solid rubber tyre, supply and fit a new part, battery diagnostics, brake adjustments, and general service and maintenance.

We work 7 days a week between 11AM to 7PM Monday to Thursday, 11AM to 5PM FRIDAY to SUNDAY.
We repair electric scooters and electric bikes from various brands. Our experienced technicians are skilled in working with popular brands such as Pure Electric, Xiaomi, Segway Ninebot, Kugoo, AOVOPRO, QINGS WING, iScooter, IENYRID, KAABO, YUGEN, CHAOS and many more. We are authorised repair service centre for Pure Electric, QINGS WING, and iScooter.
The duration of a repair service depends on the complexity of the issue and the availability of spare parts. We do accept same day job booking for Puncture Repairs. Minor repairs, fitting a new part or maintenance tasks can usually be completed within 45 minutes, while more extensive repairs may take longer. Our technicians will provide you with an estimated turnaround time once they assess your eRIDE.
Yes, we provide warranty repairs for eligible electric scooters and electric bikes. Please check your product’s warranty terms and conditions or contact us with your purchase details to determine if your repair is covered under warranty.
Absolutely! We have expertise in diagnosing and repairing battery-related issues. If your electric scooter or electric bike requires a battery replacement, we can help source and install a suitable replacement battery for your vehicle.
Currently, we primarily operate from our repair service center. However, depending on the nature of the repair and your location, we may provide pickup and drop-off services. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
The initial booking fee is £25 for standard electric scooter, £35 for over 500W motor scooters, £45 for electric bike. Please note this initial booking fee will be applied as soon as your eRide booked with us. This fee is non refundable regardless your eRIDE fixed or not if we have carry out work on your eRIDE. The exact cost of repair services can vary depending on the type of repair needed and the specific parts required. Upon assessing your eRIDE, our technicians will provide you with a detailed estimate of the repair costs involved. We strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing for all our services.
