E-Bike Repair Service Standard Package (£65)
This package covers most common repairs for electric bike that meet all of the following conditions:
- 20-inch tyre or above
- 2000W or less motor power
- 30Ah or less battery capacity
Payment Options:
- Pay conveniently online during checkout using various methods such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, and more.
- For in-person payment, select "Pay In Person" at checkout. You can then pay in cash, by tapping your card on our payment terminal, or via bank transfer when you drop off your item for repair.
What's Included:
- 1-hour labor charge: Most repairs are completed within this timeframe.
- Inspection and Diagnosis: We'll pinpoint the exact issue with your e-bike. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the labour service charge included in this package will be applied, and there will be no additional labour fees. (the part cost not included)
- Part Installation: If a new part is needed, we'll install it. (Part cost is not included)
- Flat Tyre Repair: Repair for one flat tyre.
- Mini Service: Includes basic 5 points checks, cleaning, oiling and adjustments.
Note 1: This repair service package for e-bike covers the first hour of labour. Additional charges may apply for more complex repairs or if the repair time exceeds one hour. Part costs are not included in the package price.
Note 2: This £65 initial charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether any repair work is performed on your item.

| 3 | Fit New Tube or Tyre - Customer Supplied | We will install the new inner tube or tyre provided by the customer. To repair both front and rear tyres, please purchase two packages. |
| 4 | Mini Service including 5 Points Check | Mini Service including 5 Points Check: Tyre inspection, brake inspection, steering inspection, frame and components for cracks or damage, loose bolts and nuts check, etc. Brief written documentation of all findings and any necessary recommendations for repairs or replacements will be provided. |
| 5 | Full Service including 20 Points Check | Full Service including 20 Points Check: Tyre inspection, brake inspection, steering inspection, electrical system, frame and components for cracks or damage, loose bolts and nuts check, overall cleanliness check, etc. Full written or video and image documentation of all findings and any necessary recommendations for repairs or replacements will be provided. |
