We are an officially authorised repair service center for PURE ELECTRIC, ENGWE, HITWAY, and Qings Wing Electric Scooters and e-Bikes, providing both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair services.
We offer expert repair services for all electric scooters and eBikes purchased new within the UK. Our services cover a wide range, including tyre and tube replacement, puncture repairs, as well as repairs for electrical components such as faulty wiring, controllers, and displays. We also specialise in custom built battery, original and compatible new battery replacement and motor rewinding and rewiring repairs, fitting new original and compatible motors. We providing diagnostics and repairs for common issues. If you are unsure what is wrong with your electric scooter or eBike, book an inspection and diagnosis with us. We will thoroughly examine your e-ride and provide a detailed report outlining the necessary repairs. We also accept repairs for electric scooters and eBikes that not purchased new but they are still in their original condition, and as long as all components are in acceptable condition.

eRIDEJUNCTION Repair Service Centre - On-site Terms of Service. At eRIDEJUNCTION, we are committed to providing exceptional electric scooter and e-bike repair services. To ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for both you and us, we have outlined the following terms of service for on-site visit. 1. Repair Limitations While we strive to diagnose and repair your electric ride effectively, please note that: Underlying Issues: Pre-existing damage, limitations in diagnosing certain problems (e.g., electrical faults, complex software issues), or difficulties in sourcing specific parts may arise during the repair process. These unforeseen circumstances can potentially lead to additional issues or complications. New Problems: As with any mechanical device, your electric ride may experience wear and tear on various components, leading to the development of new problems even after a successful repair. 2. No Guarantee of Perfect Outcome Due to the factors mentioned above, we cannot guarantee a perfect outcome or that all existing issues will be resolved. We are not responsible for any claims arising from the item's continued malfunction or the development of new issues after the repair. 3. Informed Decision We encourage you to carefully consider these limitations before proceeding with the repair. Please ask any questions you may have to ensure you fully understand the potential scope of the repair, potential risks, and possible outcomes. 4. Respectful Conduct At eRIDEJUNCTION, we value mutual respect. We expect courteous and respectful treatment from our customers towards our staff at all times. Disrespectful behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated. 5. Turnaround Time The estimated turnaround time is for reference only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, parts availability, the complexity of the repair, and our current workload. 6. Repair Procedure and Confidentiality eRIDEJUNCTION shall have the sole discretion in determining the most suitable repair procedures and methods. Customers may not interfere with or observe the repair process unless explicitly permitted by our technicians. eRIDEJUNCTION reserves the right to outsource repairs to qualified 3rd party independent contractors at its sole discretion. All such arrangements will be kept confidential. 7. Consent for Communication By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive email and SMS communications for customer support, service updates, and marketing purposes. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time. 8. Disclaimer of Liability for Use Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that you operate your electric scooter/eBike/eRide in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Assumption of Risk: You assume all liability and risk associated with the use of the e-scooter, e-bike, etc., including but not limited to any injuries, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from its use. eRIDEJUNCTION is not responsible for any such incidents. 9. Non-Refundable Charges Collection, delivery, and initial inspection charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether any repair work is performed on your item. 10. Spare & Parts Compatibility Where a Customer supplies spare parts for their Electric Ride, the Customer shall be solely responsible for determining the suitability and compatibility of such parts and for any and all consequences arising from their use, including but not limited to malfunctions, damage to the Electric Ride, or personal injury. While we may offer advice or recommendations regarding the use of customer-supplied parts, such advice shall not be construed as an endorsement, warranty, or assumption of any liability for the suitability or compatibility of such parts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall be solely responsible for the proper fitting of any spare parts and for the compatibility and proper functioning of any spare parts supplied and fitted by the eRIDEJUNCTION. We warrants that any spare parts supplied and fitted by the us shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of specifically specified on the sales agreement. In the event of any compatibility or functionality issue arising from the use of customer-supplied parts, any service charges incurred for the fitting of such parts shall be non-refundable. 11. Item Collection AFTER ready for collection notification Items must be collected within 48 hours of being ready for pickup notification customer received. A daily storage fee of £5 will apply after the initial 48-hour period. Unclaimed items after 14 days may be disposed of or sold to recover repair/service fees if unpaid.
