Return Policy

30 day no quibble return policy
  • You can cancel your online order within a 14-day cooling period after receiving the goods.
  • A further 16 days to return them.
Faulty Goods – within 30 days

If you received a faulty item on arrival;

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt, in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange.
  • And a further 16 days to return it.
  • Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
  • Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund including the original postage cost.
  • Plus return postage, cheapest, standard delivery option to you, via your original payment method.

 

Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement only.

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

Further to your statutory cancellation rights described above, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition.

Unwanted Goods – within 30 days

You can return unwanted items within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items.

  • In addition to the refund on your items; if your return request is received within 7 days of delivery, and items received within the following 7 days, then we will refund the cheapest, standard postage cost to you, unless there is another item on your order.
  • Outside of 7 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.
  • Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.
  • Also the cost of delivering the items to us will be your responsibility.
How do I return an item?

Please include following information in your message;

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Your contact information

We will get back to you within 24 working hours with return authorisation number. (#RA number)

Send your item with the #RA number attached to the address below.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order.

Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account.

  • Refunds can take up to 2 working days to process.
  • Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Important: Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items.

  • All returns must include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund.
  • Returns without this information will be rejected.
  • We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed.

Please Note: Any return that is not accompanied with required information will be held by e-RideJunction.com for 30 days, awaiting the required information from you. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

We’ll refund your return costs up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

  • You received an incorrect item, or
  • You received a damaged item, or
  • You received a defective item, or
  • You received an item that does not match its description, or,

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, we will either offer you the option to return the product via a pre-paid carrier option, or, if that’s not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please Contact Us to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred.

Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.
