Order Processing

We strive to dispatch all spare parts, accessories, and tools orders the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT or during weekends will be processed the following business day.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD or FedEx to ensure your spare parts, accessories, and tools arrive promptly and securely. 

Shipping costs: We apply flat rate shipping cost for spare parts, accessories and tools.

  2. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
  3. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
  4. If your purchase items are returned to eRideJunction.com because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to resend your item.
  5. Most often next day deliveries are delivered on time. However, we can only guarantee to dispatch your order same day, because there is a small chance your parcel can arrive late due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, traffic, temporary technical issues, etc.
  6. Please note that we won’t be able to refund the shipping cost if there is an uncontrollable circumstance causing your parcel to be delayed.
