Please read these Conditions of Use (“Conditions”) carefully before using www.eRideJunction.com (the “Site”) as they govern your use of the Site. Use of the Site includes accessing or browsing the Site. By using this Site, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Conditions.

References in these Conditions to “us”, or “we” or “our” are references to Streamline Trading Ltd t/a eRIDEJUNCTION.COM. eRIDEJUNCTION. eRIDEJUNCTION.COM., a Business established in England. Our office is at Unit 52 Bizspace Business Park, Tyseley, Birmingham, England. References to “you” or “your” are references to the user of the Site. Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains what information we will collect from you when you use the Site and how we will use this information. If you purchase products from our Site directly, our Conditions of Sale will also apply to you.

We shall endeavour to provide uninterrupted access to the Site, but we cannot and do not guarantee to do so. Access to all or any part of the Site may be restricted from time to time to allow for repairs, maintenance or updating. We may update, amend, suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Site and/or its content at any time and without notice.

We have no responsibility for content provided by third parties and are merely providing access to such content to you. We have no obligation to verify the content of such information or to edit any such information provided by third parties. Our site is directed to consumers residing in the UK. UK residents may access and view the Content (as defined above) appearing on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not represent that content available on or through our Site is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English Law.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach or statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use or, or inability to use, our Site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Site.

You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representation or other terms which may apply to our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products to you. These are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

VALIDITY OF PROVISIONS AND REMEDIES

If any provision of these Conditions is or becomes invalid or contravenes applicable regulations then the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Streamline Trading Limited. t/a eRideJunction.com via eRideJunction.com website to you. Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with eRideJunction.com. By placing an order with eRideJunction.com, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

1. OUR CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to eRideJunction.com to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from eRideJunction.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered.

We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation E-mail.

Your contract is with eRideJunction.com. Without affecting your right of cancellation set out in section 2 below, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.

You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available in pdf format in the Your Account area of the web site. For each delivery, we will inform you in our Dispatch Confirmation E-mail if an electronic invoice is available. If you need a paper copy please contact our Customer Service by support@eridejunction.com mention your order number.

2. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS, AND EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION

STATUTORY RIGHT

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods purchased (or last good, lot or piece if it relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) or from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You must inform us (eRideJunction.com, Unit 52 Bizspace Business Park, Tyseley, Birmingham, England) of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by contacting us by email support@eridejunction.com or call us 01217240393 or you can also reach out on our WhatsApp 07387386786. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item. For additional information please visit our Return and Refund section.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. If reimbursement occurs after the maximum time period mentioned above, the amount due to you will as of right be increased.

Note that you must send back the goods by following the instructions available in the Return and Refund Policy section of the website no later than 14 days from the day on which us you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods.

If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

OUR VOLUNTARY RETURNS GUARANTEE

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, eRideJunction.com provides you with the following voluntary returns guarantee:

All products from the eRideJunction.com sites can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the products to eRideJunction.com if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return a product please contact our Customer Support team support@eridejunction.com.

If you return products according to this voluntary returns guarantee, we will refund to you the purchase price already paid by you, but not the delivery costs of your initial purchase. Likewise the transport risk and return costs are borne by you. This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.

3. FAULTY GOODS – WITHIN 30 DAYS

If you received a faulty item on arrival, you have 14 calendar days from receipt, in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange. And a further 16 days to return it.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund including the cheapest, standard delivery option to you, via your original payment method.

Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be repaired under warranty terms or offer replacement if repair not possible.

4. Unwanted Goods – within 30 days

You can return unwanted items within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items. In addition to the refund on your items; if your return request is received within 7 days of delivery, and items received within the following 7 days, then we will refund the cheapest, standard postage cost to you, unless there is another item on your order. Outside of 7 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.

5. REFUND POLICY

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Important: Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items support@eridejunction.com. All returns need to include your name, phone number, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund.

Returns without above information will be rejected. We aim process return the day they arrive in but this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed.

Please Note: Any return that is not accompanied Return Authorised Number and customer information will be held by eRideJunction.com for 30 days, awaiting the return required information. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

We’ll refund your return costs up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

You received an incorrect item, or
You received a damaged item, or
You received a defective item, or
You received an item that does not match its description, or,

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, we will either offer you the option to return the product via a pre-paid carrier option, or, if that’s not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please Contact Us to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred.

Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.

6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product’s correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Technical specifications may also change. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read instruction manual, labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.

There may be slight variation on the actual goods from the product images shown on our website; providing these variation do not affect performance or quality of the product in any major way, we do not have to provide any refund or replacements. We are not liable for any incurred cost or expenses due to any inaccuracy or error(s) in the description of any goods.

8. WARRANTY

All electric scooters and e-bikes include a 6-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty also covers the battery.

Coverage begins on the delivery date (Christmas Gift begins on 27th December) and is valid only in the UK and EU.

Please Note: All our items are listed with a Manufacturer’s Parts Only Warranty. This means that if there is a fault with the product and you report the fault to us within the time frame of the warranty, we will assess the issues with you and send either parts or arrange the return of the item for repair.

*The stem pole bar of the electric scooter may become loose over time due to wear and tear, which is considered normal for this type of equipment.

Limitations of Warranty: Warranties do not cover any modifications, whether minor or major or damage caused by the use of noncertified accessories, including battery charges and related electrical spares not supplied by eRIDEJUNCTION and specifically designed for the product, water ingress, user error, misuse, breakages, wear and tear of items, accidental damage or broken parts which may have been caused by the owner / rider, damage due to misuse; theft, aesthetic damages, paint scratches, damage due to attempt of repairs; or modifying the item in anyway, components or charger.

Additionally all seals must be intact on the item. Do not attempt to fix a fault or damaged item as this will void the warranty.

In the event of the above scenario we will not accept any returns under warranty terms. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

8.2 You cannot use your warranty if:
  • The requested work is to repair consumable items which are not covered by warranty.
  • The part which is submitted for repair or maintenance demonstrates signs of misuse or handling that is contrary to the instructions set out in the product description or manual, including but not limited to inappropriate use, incorrect maintenance and storage, signs of crash damage, any fracture damage, or water ingress.
  • The submitted repair work is needed due to the scooter having been involved in an accident or reckless/intentional damage.
  • The requested work is to repair normal wear and tear, surface or cosmetic damage.
  • The opening, disassembly or modification of the scooter with non-licensed or non-original parts or by a non-licensed person will invalidate the warranty.
  • The battery has been left without a charge for a 30-day period or more
  • The battery charge cycle has exceeded 500 cycles.

The warranty terms come into effect after the initial 30-day period, or for cases within the cooling period that do not qualify for replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange shipping back to us, however, we will cover the cost of reshipping after warranty repairs, so effectively splitting the costs.

9. CUSTOMS

When ordering products from Streamline Trading Limited. t/a eRideJunction.com for delivery outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from eRideJunction.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

10. SAFETY NOTICE

Using any of our products, like all sports, recreational or transportation equipment carries an inherent risk of injury, damage to property or even death. You should always wear a helmet, pads and any other protective equipment to limit your risk. You should use the product within your abilities. You should familiarise yourself to stop (slide), mount, ride and dis-mount and don’t use the item in traffic or other dangerous locations that may increase your risk of injury or causing damage. The safety instructions published on our website and within the user instruction manual must be adhered to at all the times.

Failure to do so may increase risk of injury, damage to property or even death, in which case Streamline Trading Limited. t/a eRideJunction.com will not be liable to cover any associated costs or damages arising from the negligence of the safety instructions.

11. DISCLAIMER

Electric scooters, e-bikes (above 250W motor), electric unicycle, and Hoverboard are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your e-scooter/e-bike/e-unicycle/hoverboard within all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter/e-bike/e-unicycle/hoverboard products and holds Streamline Trading Limited and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.

Some of our products may be subject to transportation restrictions applied by third party transportation bodies and organisations i.e. commercial airlines, freight companies, public railways, courier companies etc. Streamline Trading Limited t/a e-RideJunction.com will not be liable for any damages whether related to financial loss, property, injury or loss of life that arises from the failure to comply with the terms and regulations set out by third party organisations.

12. OUR LIABILITY

SeRideJunction.com and its affiliates will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.

The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.

Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before the products are dispatched, we will not charge you for the products until they are dispatched and you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the court of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in connection with these Conditions of Sale and/or your use of this Site. If you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

14. AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining condition.

15. WAIVER

If you breach these Conditions of Sale and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Sale.

16. CHILDREN

We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may only use eridejunction.com with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
