Booking and Collection Info

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A JOB:

1. PLEASE NOTE: Our repair service charge for a standard electric scooter is £25, if the Electric Scooter motor power is 500W or above then it is £35, and we charge £45 for electric bikes. (Except Pure Electric, for Pure Electric Scooters standard charge is £25 for both 350W and 500W)
2. We accept same day job between 11AM to 5PM, If the required part is in stock, we will fix your item while you wait, normally your item will be fixed within 45 minutes.
3. Please note that we do not accept same day job for inspection and diagnosis services, and mini and full service job. You can book and drop off your item earlier, but the work will not be carried out on same day, it will take between 3-5 working days.
4. Booking Fee: All jobs must be pre-booked and initial service charge must be paid in advance.
5. Please note that after the item been drop off with us and we have already carried out the work on the item, the initial service charge will not be eligible for a refund in any circumstances, regardless of your item fixed or not.
6. It is possible that you may end up paying the service charge and your item is still not fixed, this may be due to the original parts not being available to us through our suppliers, or aftermarket part is either not compatible with your item or it is too expensive to fix your item.
7. If point 3 apply to your item, we will inform you about this when you drop off your item with us.
8. Please note that this is not apply to the following brands PURE ELECTRIC, Enviroride, SOLAR, Kaabo, XIAOMI, AOVOPRO, NINEBOT, KUGOO, ISCOOTER, QINGS WING, IENYRID, as currently we are able to source the original or aftermarket parts for these brands.
