Important Information

You can find details about warranties for all our products on the specific product pages of our website.
  1. Every item we offer comes with a 6 month Manufacturer’s Parts Only Warranty. So, if something goes wrong with your product within the warranty period 180 days / 6 month and you let us know, we’ll work with you to sort it out. We can send you parts or arrange for the item to be returned for repair.

  2. Please keep in mind that warranties don’t cover any modifications, big or small, or damage caused by using non-certified accessories. This includes things like using non-approved battery chargers and related electrical parts not specifically designed for our products, as well as water damage, user errors, misuse, wear and tear, accidental damage, or breakages caused by the owner/rider.

  3. It’s super important not to modify the item as it will cancel all warranties and might make the product unsafe for use.

  4. Only use Certified Accessories, including battery chargers and electric parts designed specifically for the vehicle. If you use chargers and electric components not meant for the product, it could void the warranty and compromise the safety features built into the product. Using non-certified accessories may even pose a fire risk, so please avoid using them at all costs.

  5. If you need to claim a warranty or report a fault, we’ll need some evidence of the issue. This could be photos or videos showing the problem. Best app for this purpose is WeTransfer App.

  6. If you need to send an item back to us for repair, we can help you arrange this. We’ll send you the instruction with necessary paperwork via email for you to fill out. If the paperwork isn’t returned to us for any reason, we won’t be able to arrange the collection of the item. If you still want to return the item for repair, you’ll need to take care of sending it back.

  7. We aim to fix all warranty issues within 3-5 working days. However, since we don’t have all parts for all items in stock, there might be times when we have to order the necessary spare parts from abroad, which could take up to 6 weeks to complete the repair.

  8. Just so you know, this section doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
