Booking Instructions: Please select a date and time to book your appointment. Once your appointment is booked, proceed to purchase the required service.

E-Scooter Repair Service - Standard Package (£25)

1. 8.5-inch tyre
2. 500W or less motor power
3. 12Ah or less battery capacity

Payment Options:

• Pay conveniently online during checkout using various methods such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, and more.
• For in-person payment, select "Pay In Person" at checkout. You can then pay in cash, by tapping your card on our payment terminal, or via bank transfer when you drop off your item for repair.

• 1-hour labor charge: Most repairs are completed within this timeframe.
• Inspection and Diagnosis: We'll pinpoint the exact issue with your e-scooter. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the labour service charge included in this package will be applied, and there will be no additional labour fees. (the part cost not included)
• Part Installation: If a new part is needed, we'll install it. (Part cost is not included)
• Flat Tyre Repair: Repair for one flat tyre.
• Mini Service: Includes basic 5 points checks, cleaning, oiling and adjustments.
• Solid Rubber Tyre Conversion (for one tyre): Upgrade to more durable solid tyres.

Note 2: This £25 initial charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether any repair work is performed on your item.

Appointment Booking Policy

1. Booking Requirements:
   • All appointments must be scheduled online through our booking system.
   • A valid email address and phone number are required to confirm your booking.
2. Payment Policy:
   • Services must be purchased at the time of booking.
   • Payment methods include: pay securely online with credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, and more during checkout. Alternatively, choose "Pay In Person" during checkout to pay on-site.
3. Rescheduling:
   • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
   • Rescheduling requests must be made through the booking portal or by contacting our support team.
   • Customer already PAID cannot reschedule their appointment more than two times.
4. Cancellations:
   • Cancellations made more than 8 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
5. Late Arrivals:
   • If you arrive late for your appointment, and the job is same day job, it will not be done same day, you have to drop off your item and collect it next agreed date, depending on availability.
   • Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late and the job is same day job it will not be done same day, you have to drop off your item and collect it next mutually agreed date, depending on availability.
6. No-Show Policy:
   • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice more than two times will result in the forfeiture of the session and payment.
   • Customer already PAID cannot reschedule their appointment more than two times.
7. Confirmation:
   • Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all appointment details.
   • Please ensure all information is accurate and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.
