Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
If your purchase items are returned to eRideJunction.com because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to resend your item.
Most often next day deliveries are delivered on time. However, we can only guarantee to dispatch your order same day, because there is a small chance your parcel can arrive late due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, traffic, temporary technical issues, etc.
Please note that we won’t be able to refund the shipping cost if there is an uncontrollable circumstance causing your parcel to be delayed.
