When you buy from eRIDEJUNCTION (Birmingham), you can go one step further and protect yourself against the real-world costs of punctures, wear and tear and workshop labour with our optional eRIDE Care plans.

• eRIDE Care – Service Plan (£99/year)
  Pure Electric cover you for manufacturing faults. eRIDE Care adds free labour on all repair work for 12 months on this scooter, plus 50% off all parts that are not covered by the Pure warranty (tyres, tubes, brake parts, mudguards, stem, fork and more). One or two repairs in a year can easily cost more than this on their own.
• eRIDE Care+ – Total Cover (£199/year)
  Our highest level of cover. For 12 months, you pay nothing for labour or parts on this scooter – including the battery – subject to fair use and normal commuting use. If something goes wrong, you bring the scooter to our Birmingham workshop and we fix it. We deal with Pure Electric warranty where applicable, you just enjoy the ride.

eRIDE Care & eRIDE Care+ – key terms (summary)

• Plans are valid for 12 months from the scooter purchase date and apply to one named scooter only.
• Plans are only available for new scooters purchased from eRIDEJUNCTION and must be activated shortly after purchase.
• Normal commuting and leisure use is covered. Commercial or delivery use may be subject to different terms or pricing – please ask us.
• Damage from crashes, accidents, misuse, vandalism or water ingress beyond the scooter’s IP rating is not covered.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, scuffs) that does not affect function is not covered.
• Any repairs or modifications carried out by third parties without our approval may void your eRIDE Care cover.
• Battery cover under eRIDE Care+ applies to manufacturing defects or abnormal failure, not normal gradual capacity loss over time.
• All work under eRIDE Care is carried out at our Birmingham workshop. The customer is responsible for getting the scooter to us.
