Stock status & dispatch timing

UK delivery timeframe
- Orders are shipped from a UK warehouse or directly from our EU fulfilment partner depending on the product.
- Typical delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Important delivery details

Changing your delivery time (BJS deliveries)
- You may be able to change the delivery time free of charge by contacting BJS on 01922 645 650.
- To avoid additional charges, request the new delivery slot at least 1 day before the agreed delivery time.
- If the delivery time is changed within 24 hours of the agreed slot, a re-delivery charge may apply.
When re-delivery charges may apply
- If a delivery time has been agreed and nobody is available to receive the goods, the parcel may be returned to the warehouse.
- In this case, you may need to pay a re-delivery cost.
- To help avoid this, you may arrange for a family member or neighbour to sign for the delivery where appropriate.
Remote area surcharge
Remote areas may incur additional shipping charges. Standard free shipping policies may not cover this extra freight cost. If applicable, you will be contacted after placing your order with details of any additional shipping fee. Please monitor your email after checkout.

Is this product road legal in the UK?
In the UK, electric bikes are road legal (EPAC) if they have a motor of 250W or less and do not exceed 15.5mph under motor power. Electric scooters are currently not legal on UK public roads or cycle paths — they may only be used on private land with the landowner's permission. Please check the product description or contact us for the road legal status of this specific model.
What does the warranty cover?
All electric bikes and scooters come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The battery is covered for 6 months. Warranty covers the frame, motor, controller, display, and key electrical components. Consumables (tyres, brake pads, cables) are not covered. As an authorised repair centre, all warranty work is carried out in-house at our Birmingham workshop.
How is this product delivered?
All electric bikes and scooters are delivered free to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is via DPD, FedEx, or specialist two-man home delivery depending on the size of the item. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing before dispatch, then 3–7 working days for delivery.
Can I return this product if I change my mind?
Yes — you can return any unused, undamaged product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us at support@eridejunction.com or WhatsApp 07387 386786 to start the process. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) within 24 working hours. Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Do you offer repair and servicing?
Yes — we have a dedicated repair and service centre at our Birmingham workshop (Unit 52 Bizspace Business Park, Tyseley, Birmingham B11 2AL). We service and repair all brands we sell, and we are an authorised repair centre for Pure Electric, ENGWE, iScooter and KuKirin.
